This morning I totally forgot that I had to work, so I was late.
As I ran out the door to my car I noticed a bunch of cars had frost on the windshield and I was upset that I was going to have to scrape my windshield and be even more late.
I turned the corner to my car and saw that my car not only had no frost on the windshield, it was the only car in the entire row with no frost.
And it was sitting in the shade.
As far as I'm concerned, that's a miracle.
Also, today I am very grateful for the men and women who have fought to give me the freedoms I enjoy today. My life would be completely different and miserable without them.
